Cybersecurity Firm Armadin Raises $255.5 Million
US-based cybersecurity startup Armadin has secured $255.5 million in Series B funding. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz and Accel.

Armadin, a US-based cybersecurity startup, announced on October 1 that it has raised $255.5 million in a Series B funding round, valuing the company at over $2.5 billion. The funding round was led by Andreessen Horowitz and Accel, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures, Redpoint, 8VC, Ballistic Ventures, GV, In-Q-Tel, Kleiner Perkins, and Menlo Ventures.
The company's platform focuses on automating security testing, specifically for red teaming and penetration testing. This latest funding comes just six months after Armadin raised a combined $189.9 million in seed and Series A funding in March.
Armadin, which launched approximately seven months prior to its Series B round, aims to streamline and enhance the effectiveness of offensive security operations. By automating these critical testing processes, the company seeks to help organizations improve their overall cybersecurity posture.
The new capital injection is expected to support Armadin's expansion efforts, including growing its team and further developing its automated testing platform to meet the increasing demand for advanced cybersecurity solutions.
