Cynosure Lutronic Launches XERF Skin Tightening Device in Europe
Cynosure Lutronic has launched its next-generation monopolar RF skin tightening platform, XERF, in Europe. The device delivers dual radiofrequency energy for enhanced results. Market demand for non-invasive rejuvenation treatments is rising.
Cynosure Lutronic has announced the European launch of XERF, its next-generation monopolar radiofrequency (RF) skin tightening platform. The device, which has gained traction in the US and Asia-Pacific markets, is now expanding its availability to the EMEA region.
The launch coincides with new consumer research highlighting an increased demand for non-invasive aesthetic treatments. The study found that 67% of patients prefer treatments that do not involve needles, and 58% of European respondents consider firming sagging skin to be very important.
XERF differentiates itself by delivering two RF frequencies—6.78 MHz and 2 MHz—simultaneously within a single treatment shot. This allows for deeper penetration of RF energy across multiple tissue depths, aiming to provide visible, natural-looking results with minimal to no downtime. The device also features three depth settings and ten energy levels for customizable treatments.
According to Cynosure Lutronic, the device has received a strong reception in its existing markets, with European clinics actively inquiring about XERF, indicating substantial demand. The company aims to provide aesthetic practitioners with solutions that support long-term skin health and deliver reliable outcomes.
