Sacramento, Calif. – Dairy Council of California announced on September 30, 2026, the launch of Explore Nutrition, a new educational product designed for students aged 9–11. The bilingual resource, debuting during National Farm-to-School Month, guides young learners to investigate food, nutrition, and agriculture through hands-on inquiry-based experiences.
Developed in collaboration with California educators and registered dietitians, Explore Nutrition encourages critical thinking and connections between food, health, and the food system. Through interactive lessons, discussions, and videos, students discover how food supports well-being and trace its journey from farm to table.

Explore Nutrition expands the council's collection of evidence-based learning materials.
