Dangbei RX10 projector launched in China for 5499 yuan
Dangbei has released the RX10 projector in the Chinese market. The device features a 0.33-inch DMD chip and 1200 CVIA lumens, priced at 5499 yuan.

Chinese technology firm Dangbei has introduced its new RX10 projector model to the market. The device is targeted at the domestic Chinese market with a retail price set at 5499 yuan (approximately $760 USD). The RX10 aims to differentiate itself with a versatile, rotating gimbal design that allows for flexible image placement without the need for external adjustments.
Technically, the projector is equipped with a 0.33-inch DMD display chip and offers a native 1080p resolution. It delivers a brightness of 1200 CVIA lumens and utilizes laser technology to mitigate speckle effects. The 1.2:1 throw ratio enables the projection of a large screen from a relatively short distance.
Under the hood, the device is powered by an MT9669 processor, complemented by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth. Ports on the projector consist of USB 2.0 and HDMI 2.1, with the latter supporting eARC audio return.
The Dangbei RX10 also supports power delivery via a power bank through its USB-C port, provided the manufacturer's adapter is used. The integrated audio system is housed within the gimbal, and its front-facing speakers boast a frequency response up to 20KHz, aiming for improved audio-visual synchronization.
