Danish Defence Forces Join Bittium's Nordic Framework Agreement
The Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) has joined a framework agreement for command-and-control systems signed by Bittium Wireless and the defence forces of Finland and Sweden.
The Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) has become a party to the framework agreement concerning command-and-control systems. The agreement was originally concluded in November 2025 between Bittium Wireless, a subsidiary of Bittium Corporation, and the defence forces of Finland and Sweden.
This expansion allows the Danish Defence Forces to procure systems and solutions offered by Bittium. Bittium Wireless has previously supplied command-and-control systems to both the Finnish and Swedish defence forces.
The framework agreement covers Bittium's developed and manufactured wartime and temporary command-and-control systems. Its purpose is to enhance inter-service communications and improve information exchange capabilities.
The agreement also includes solutions based on Bittium's radio technology, which can be utilized in civilian crisis situations. The company has not disclosed specific financial details regarding the agreement's value.
