Spanish manufacturing firm Danobatgroup has received a construction permit for its new Asia-Pacific headquarters in Shanghai’s Minhang District.
Danobatgroup has obtained a construction permit for its regional headquarters project in the Xinzhuang Industry Park in Shanghai, China. The authorization was granted on September 24, just one day after the company finalized the land acquisition.
The new facility is designed to serve as the operational hub for Danobatgroup's Asia-Pacific activities. By concentrating its regional presence in Shanghai, the company aims to improve its responsiveness to local industrial demands and enhance technical service capabilities.
Local authorities in Minhang fast-tracked the permitting process, citing the project's importance to the district's industrial sector. The move underscores the company's commitment to the Chinese market as it seeks to expand its footprint in specialized machinery and manufacturing solutions.
