DapuStor Corporation, a Chinese manufacturer of enterprise SSDs and data-center storage solutions, has announced its board has approved a plan to issue H shares and seek a listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company stated that details of the proposed offering are not yet finalized and the plan is subject to further approvals.

DapuStor reported revenues of RMB 4.72 billion for the first half of 2026, marking a 531.17% increase compared to the same period last year. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 1.33 billion, a significant turnaround from a net loss of RMB 353.8 million reported in the prior year.

The company specializes in developing enterprise-grade SSDs and related storage products designed for data-center workloads. The planned listing in Hong Kong is intended to provide DapuStor with an additional avenue to access international capital markets. Specific details regarding the offering size and timeline have not yet been disclosed.
