Dar Global Launches Capital Management Arm in Dubai
Dar Global Capital Partners has opened in the DIFC to focus on high-value real estate investments. Ziad El Chaar has been appointed as board chairman.

Dar Global has established a new asset management division, Dar Global Capital Partners, based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the unit will focus on high-value real estate investment strategies.
The firm has appointed Ziad El Chaar as chairman of the board to oversee the unit's operations. The strategy centers on risk management and value creation, signaling a shift in the company's approach to capital allocation.
This move aligns with Dar Global's broader global investment mandate. By operating within the DIFC regulatory framework, the company seeks to institutionalize its real estate investment activities and attract further capital toward its development projects.
