Dar Global Reports 66% Revenue Growth in First Half of 2026
International luxury property developer Dar Global announced a 66% increase in revenue for the first half of 2026, reaching $258 million, with its development portfolio valued at $23 billion.

Dar Global, the London-listed international luxury property developer, announced its unaudited results for the first half of 2026, ending June 30. The company's revenue surged by 66% to $258 million, up from $155.4 million in the same period last year. This growth was driven by the company's project advancements and sustained demand across its diverse portfolio in the GCC, Europe, and the UK.
The company reported an 85% increase in gross profit to $87.7 million, raising the gross margin to 34%. EBITDA grew by 73% to $46.3 million, and net profit saw a substantial 149% increase, reaching $30.4 million. Key projects contributing to this performance include The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin, and Neptune, Interiors by Mouawad.
Dar Global's gross development value (GDV) portfolio nearly doubled year-on-year to $23 billion. Sales under contract totaled $3.9 billion for 4,380 units. The company maintained a strong balance sheet, with net assets valued at $613.3 million and total cash reserves of $847.9 million.
In the first half of 2026, Dar Global partnered with The Trump Organization for the "Rayana" development in Saudi Arabia and unveiled Trump Plaza Jeddah and Padel Living Residences in Dubai. The company also secured a $250 million syndicated term loan facility and progressed on construction, including the foundation work for the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai.
