London-listed luxury property developer Dar Global announced a 66% increase in revenue for the first half of 2026, reaching $258 million. The company's Gross Development Value (GDV) for its portfolio grew to $23 billion.

Dar Global, a luxury international real estate developer listed in London, reported a 66% increase in revenue for the first half of 2026, reaching $258.0 million. The growth was driven by projects across the GCC, Europe, and the UK.
Gross profit rose by 85% to $87.7 million, with margins expanding to 34%. EBITDA increased by 73% to $46.3 million, and net profit surged by 149% to $30.4 million. These results were supported by revenue recognition from key projects, including The Astera and developments featuring interiors by Aston Martin and Mouawad.
The company's Gross Development Value (GDV) nearly doubled year-on-year to $23.0 billion. Cumulative contracted sales reached $3.9 billion across 4,380 units. Dar Global maintained a strong balance sheet with a Net Asset Value of $613.3 million.
Significant project developments continued, including the launch of the Rayana community in Saudi Arabia in partnership with The Trump Organization. Construction also progressed on the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai.
