Dar Global Reports 66% Revenue Growth in HY 2026
Luxury property developer Dar Global announced a 66% increase in revenue for the first half of 2026, reaching $258 million. The company's development portfolio value grew to $23 billion.

Dar Global, the London-listed international luxury property developer, reported a 66% increase in revenue for the first half of 2026, reaching $258 million. This performance was driven by the Group's projects and sustained demand across its diversified portfolio in the GCC, Europe, and the UK.
Gross profit rose by 85% to $87.7 million, improving the margin to 34%. EBITDA grew by 73% to $46.3 million, while net profit surged by 149% to $30.4 million. This growth was supported by revenue recognition from flagship projects including The Astera and Interiors by Aston Martin.
The Group's gross development value (GDV) nearly doubled year-on-year to $23 billion, with accumulated contracted sales reaching $3.9 billion. Dar Global maintained a strong balance sheet, with a net asset value of $613.3 million and a total cash balance of $847.9 million.
Dar Global has expanded in Saudi Arabia with The Trump Organization for the Rayana development and in Dubai with the Trump International Hotel & Tower construction. The company secured a $250 million syndicated loan facility in April 2026.
