DarioHealth awarded contract for AI-powered cardiometabolic care platform by Fortune 50 employer

DarioHealth Corp. announced it has secured a contract with an unnamed Fortune 50 employer to provide its integrated digital cardiometabolic care platform. The program will be available to more than 100,000 eligible employees, with a planned launch in Fall 2026.

This marks DarioHealth's fifth Fortune 50 client, reflecting what the company describes as growing demand among large employers for integrated, outcomes-driven chronic condition management. The platform will offer a unified experience combining connected devices, human coaching, AI-driven insights via DarioIQ™, and behavior change support.

Revenue contribution from the program is expected to commence by the end of 2026, following implementation, with anticipated growth throughout 2027 and beyond. DarioHealth's platform aims to address comorbidities like diabetes and hypertension, which frequently co-occur and represent significant healthcare costs.

The company highlighted that published research indicates better outcomes for members managing multiple chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and overweight, simultaneously on their digital platform compared to those managing only one.
