Dassault Aviation Holds Workplace Diversity and Inclusion Campaign
Dassault Aviation conducted a diversity awareness campaign across its nine French facilities from March 9 to 27, focusing on promoting inclusion and gender equality.

Dassault Aviation hosted a workplace diversity campaign titled "Together for Diversity – At work, it’s talent that counts!" across its nine facilities in France from March 9 to 27. The initiative aimed to raise awareness and foster a more inclusive work environment.
The campaign commenced with a lecture by Patrick Scharnitzky, a social psychologist specializing in diversity and stereotypes, on the topic "Remixing Diversity for the Benefit of Everyone." Over three weeks, activities led by diversity ambassadors addressed issues such as stereotypes and gender diversity in the workplace.
Company intranet featured profiles under the heading "Our Jobs Have Many Faces" to highlight the diverse workforce. The campaign concluded with a conference on "Taking Action for Gender Diversity with Elles bougent," featuring Valérie Brusseau, president of the association, a long-standing partner of Dassault Aviation.
Discussions throughout the campaign focused on vigilance against stereotypes, combating sexist behavior, and exploring measures to further promote gender diversity within the aerospace manufacturer's operations.
