Dassault Aviation Partners with DuoDay Initiative for Disability Employment
Dassault Aviation participated as a partner in the eighth national edition of DuoDay on November 20, 2025, an initiative aimed at promoting the employment of people with disabilities. A total of 33 pairs participated.

Dassault Aviation served as a partner in the eighth national edition of DuoDay, held on November 20, 2025. The event was part of the 29th edition of the European Week for Employment of Persons with Disabilities (SEEPH).
The DuoDay initiative aims to discover and guide individuals with disabilities in their career plans by pairing them with professionals from various sectors. This year, 33 professional pairs explored career opportunities within the aviation and technology company.
Seven major job categories and their working environments were presented during the event, including Production, Purchasing, Human Resources, Quality & Environment, Information Systems, Customer Service, and Design & Testing. Eight of Dassault Aviation's establishments across France were involved, offering participants a firsthand look at different roles within the industry.
Dassault Aviation's participation in DuoDay underscores its commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace and providing platforms for individuals with disabilities to explore and engage with the aerospace sector.
