Dassault Aviation Reports Significant Revenue Increase in First Half
Dassault Aviation's revenue rose to EUR 4.2 billion in the first half of 2026, a 46% increase year-on-year. While order intake decreased, aircraft deliveries saw a substantial rise.
French aircraft manufacturer Dassault Aviation announced a significant increase in revenue for the first half of 2026. The company's turnover reached EUR 4.2 billion, representing a 46% increase compared to the same period in 2025. This growth was primarily driven by higher deliveries of Rafale fighter jets and Falcon business jets, alongside associated development and support services.
The revenue uplift was particularly influenced by the delivery of six additional Rafale export aircraft, compared to the prior year's first half. Furthermore, Dassault Aviation delivered 13 Falcon aircraft, an increase from the 12 delivered in the first half of 2025. The company also secured new orders for 23 Falcon jets.
The order backlog decreased slightly to EUR 45.4 billion at the end of June 2026, down from EUR 46.6 billion at the close of 2025. Dassault attributed this to record order levels in the previous year. The current backlog comprises a total of 291 aircraft: 208 Rafale fighter jets and 83 Falcon business jets.
The company's operating income improved by 83% to EUR 330 million, with net income rising to EUR 496 million. Dassault also noted progress in negotiations for a Rafale acquisition by India and the first flight of the Falcon 10X. The company reiterated its 2026 forecast, expecting revenue to increase compared to 2025.
