Tiainen works with data that helps understand customer purchasing decisions. His team processes customer data to identify areas like product recommendations and enhance the K-Ruoka app. He combines AI with business development and customer service improvements.
Tiainen, who originally began his career at K Group, conducted his dissertation for the company. His academic background in bioinformation technology and finance enables him to solve complex data problems. "The field of bioinformation technology is close to medical technology, as it involves gathering information about people and creating applications to improve well-being," Tiainen explains.
