David Bourg appointed Group Chief Financial, IT and Operations Officer at JCDecaux
David Bourg, a member of JCDecaux's Executive Board, has been appointed Group Chief Financial, IT and Operations Officer. The appointment is effective June 1, 2025.
JCDecaux SE has announced the appointment of David Bourg as Group Chief Financial, IT and Operations Officer. Bourg, who has been a member of the Executive Board and served as Group Chief Financial and IT Officer since 2015, will assume his expanded role on June 1, 2025.
In addition to his current financial and IT responsibilities, Bourg's remit will now encompass the R&D Department, the Purchasing, Supply Chain and Production Department, the Design Department, the International Operations Department, and the Project Department.
Jean-François Decaux, Chairman of the Executive Board and Co-CEO, and Jean-Charles Decaux, Co-CEO, stated their confidence in Bourg's ability to drive growth and service for the company in his new capacity. They highlighted his knowledge, expertise, and commitment as key success factors.
