David Durbin Appointed Chief Executive Officer of American Health Staffing Group
American Health Staffing Group has named David Durbin as its new Chief Executive Officer. Durbin will continue in his role as President of Trio Workforce Solutions.
Frisco, Texas – American Health Staffing Group (AHSG) announced October 12 that its Board of Directors has appointed David Durbin as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Durbin also continues his role as President of Trio Workforce Solutions.
Durbin succeeds Kelly Rakowski, who is departing the organization. Rakowski will remain with AHSG through October 16 to assist with the transition.
Durbin joined AHSG in 2025 as President of Trio, overseeing growth strategy, solution development, and operations. He brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare workforce solutions, with prior leadership roles at Prolink, Cross Country Healthcare, AMN Healthcare, and Cielo.
AHSG provides healthcare staffing and workforce solutions to healthcare organizations nationwide. The company stated that its strategic direction and organizational structure remain unchanged with this leadership transition.
