Gilbreath brings nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including significant tenure as a CFO, from his previous role at Integrity Wealth. He will serve as the company's principal financial officer and oversee all aspects of the finance function.
Matt Riordan, who has served as Daybright's CFO for the past 18 years, will transition to an Operating CFO role. In this capacity, Riordan will focus on ensuring continuity across the finance organization and supporting Gilbreath's transition, including the onboarding of key relationships and institutional knowledge accumulated over nearly two decades.
The leadership change is part of a succession planning process designed to align the company's leadership structure with its continued growth and long-term strategy.
