WASHINGTON D.C. – Bipartisan public affairs firm DCI Group has strengthened its teams for strategic alliances and government relations with the addition of two experienced professionals. Tim Dupin joins the firm as a Director, enhancing its work in coalition building and stakeholder engagement.

Dupin's background includes extensive experience in labor relations, building center-left coalitions, and engaging stakeholders. He previously served as the Director of Political Action for the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) and is a former firefighter and union leader. According to DCI Group Managing Partner Brian McCabe, Dupin's deep relationships within the labor community and experience leading center-left coalitions will 「significantly strengthen DCI's strategic alliances team」. Dupin expressed enthusiasm about joining DCI, citing his appreciation for the firm's client focus and commitment to execution.

Concurrently, Tim Martin joins DCI as a Senior Vice President, where he will be responsible for expanding the firm's government relations and lobbying practice. Martin brings deep expertise in transportation, energy, and regulatory policy. He will work alongside DCI Senior Advisor Doug Davenport.

Martin also possesses significant public policy experience. He previously served as Vice President at Invariant and as Public Policy Counsel at the law firm WilmerHale. Earlier in his career, he was the legislative director for Representatives Rodney Davis and Scott Tipton, and general counsel to Representative Scott Tipton. DCI Managing Partner Justin Peterson highlighted that Martin's experience on Capitol Hill and in the private sector is 「instrumental」 to the firm's growth in government relations and lobbying.
