DCS DeCard expands payment infrastructure to Hong Kong
Singapore-based payment platform DCS DeCard has launched its business account services in Hong Kong, marking its entry into the market as a Mastercard issuer.
DCS DeCard, a payment infrastructure platform backed by the DCS Group, announced on November 2 that it has begun issuing Mastercard corporate cards in Hong Kong. The move includes the launch of the DeCard Business Account, a platform designed to consolidate spending management, invoicing, and billing for enterprise and mid-market firms.
The initial rollout provides corporate cards denominated in US dollars, facilitating transactions across the Mastercard network. The platform aims to streamline corporate expense management by integrating administrative tasks into a single interface.
This launch positions DCS DeCard within the competitive landscape of Hong Kong’s fintech sector, joining existing regional players such as Airwallex and Aspire. The company has indicated plans to introduce treasury management features and expand the business account offering to additional markets in the future.
