Decathlon Equips 700 Stores with Vusion Digital Solutions

Sport retailer Decathlon reached a milestone of 700 stores equipped with Vusion's digital solutions during the second quarter of 2026. The deployment, which now covers 54 countries across Europe, South America, and the Asia-Pacific region, marks Decathlon as Vusion's largest international client to date.

The implementation aims to enhance operational efficiency for Decathlon's store teams and optimize the customer experience. By utilizing electronic shelf labels (ESL), prices can be updated instantly and synchronously, freeing up staff from the manual task of replacing paper labels. This allows employees to dedicate more time to customer interaction and personalized advice.

The digital pricing system also ensures a high level of accuracy, virtually eliminating discrepancies between shelf prices and scanned prices at the checkout. This transparency is reported to build customer trust and contribute to increased satisfaction across Decathlon's store network.

"Electronic labels have improved the in-store experience while increasing our operational efficiency," stated Xavier Dété, VP Innovation at Decathlon. "This large-scale implementation allows us to focus on our core mission: advising and supporting our sports-enthusiast customers." Vusion highlighted the collaboration as a demonstration of its capability to support major international retailers in the demanding sports equipment sector.
