Chinese automaker Deepal officially revealed the interior of its upcoming Deepal S05 model on July 23, showcasing a "Star Nebula Purple" color scheme. Images depict a dual-tone white and purple interior design for the cabin, complemented by ambient lighting.
Deepal Chairman Deng Chenghao stated that the vehicle's intelligent cabin chip has been upgraded to a 3-nanometer (nm) process, promising significantly improved performance and responsiveness. Previous reports indicated the new S05 will also feature lidar and enhanced intelligent driving assistance systems.
Deepal CEO Jiang Hairong released a video demonstrating the S05's interior space and features. The car includes a front passenger seat with a zero-gravity feel and a 14-way massage function. Rear passengers benefit from 990mm of headroom and 964mm of legroom, with the rear seats capable of folding completely flat.
The new S05 aims to blend technology and style, positioning itself within the competitive global SUV market. Further details regarding the vehicle's specifications and market launch are expected at a later date.
