Deepinder Goyal's Temple Acquires London Longevity Clinic Longevous

Healthtech startup Temple, founded by Deepinder Goyal, has acquired Longevous, a London-based practice specializing in longevity medicine. The acquisition is intended to bolster the upcoming launch of Temple's wearable device, designed for real-time monitoring of cerebral blood flow and oxygenation levels.

Goyal announced the deal on social media on August 27, though financial terms were not disclosed. Longevous founders Dr. Robert Mohr and Dr. Avi Roy, along with their team, will join Temple full-time. Dr. Mohr will serve as Chief Medical Officer, bringing nearly two decades of clinical experience with a focus on preventive and precision medicine. Dr. Roy will join as Head of Science, contributing expertise in biomedical science and longevity research.

Temple plans to begin shipping its wearable devices by the end of 2026, with pre-orders expected to open soon. Goyal previously resigned as CEO of Eternal in February 2026 to pursue ventures outside the risk profile of a public company, including Temple and his aviation startup LAT Aerospace.

The Longevous clinic will continue to operate under Temple, with its founders overseeing existing clients. This integration is expected to enhance the clinical validation and scientific evidence supporting the Temple device.
