DeFi Technologies Reports 61.2% Growth in Valour's Assets Under Management

DeFi Technologies has reported a significant increase in assets under management (AUM) for its subsidiary Valour. As of September 25, 2026, Valour's AUM reached $640.2 million, marking a 61.2% rise from the $397.2 million reported at the close of the second quarter on June 30, 2026. This growth amounts to an increase of approximately $243 million.

The expansion in AUM is driven by continuous month-over-month net inflows, which bolster the platform's capital base. Valour's revenue model benefits from this growth, as higher AUM increases the potential for fee and yield generation, alongside increased trading activity. The company generates revenue through management fees, staking and lending income on eligible digital assets, and trading-related activities.

In addition to AUM growth, Valour is expanding its product offerings. The company announced the launch of Valour Funds SPC and its first hedge fund, Smart Crypto Fund SP, on September 21, 2026. Further development is underway for Valour Custody and its UCITS platform.

DeFi Technologies maintains a strong balance sheet, holding approximately $135 million in cash, stablecoins, and treasury investments with no debt as of June 30, 2026. This financial position provides flexibility for operational support and strategic investments in future growth.
