DEHN Awarded EcoVadis Silver Medal for Sustainability Commitment

DEHN SE has earned a silver medal in its sustainability assessment by global provider EcoVadis, positioning the company within the top 15 percent of evaluated firms. The rating methodology considers international standards and focuses on four key areas: environment, labor & human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.

The company has implemented measures to enhance energy efficiency and utilize renewable resources. Its Mühlhausen production facility features photovoltaic systems generating 1,250 kWp of self-generated electricity. The new production site also adheres to the KfW-40 energy standard and includes extensive green roofing. At its Neumarkt headquarters, DEHN exclusively uses green electricity.

DEHN emphasizes transparent processes and collaborative relationships with its suppliers. As a participant in the UN Global Compact since 2024, the company maintains a code of conduct for business partners and a comprehensive risk management system aligned with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).

The company also focuses on developing durable products and digital services that conserve resources. DEHN provides its employees with training, flexible working hours, and health services, while promoting inclusion through collaborations with organizations that support individuals with disabilities.
