DEHN presents fire protection solutions at FeuerTrutz trade fair
DEHN SE and DEHN INSTATEC will showcase comprehensive fire protection, grounding, and lightning protection solutions at the FeuerTrutz trade fair in Nuremberg in June 2026. The exhibition will feature solutions ensuring the functionality of fire alarm systems.

DEHN SE and its subsidiary DEHN INSTATEC are set to present advanced solutions for building fire safety and protection at the FeuerTrutz trade fair in Nuremberg, Germany, scheduled for June 24–25, 2026. The event addresses the increasing demands placed on protection concepts due to more complex buildings and interconnected technologies.
Key highlights will include the E30 solution, which integrates surge protection devices for energy and information technology with a fire-resistant housing designed to maintain functionality. This system has demonstrated its ability to remain operational for 33 minutes under direct flame exposure exceeding 900°C, fulfilling the requirements for functional integrity of fire alarm, voice alarm, and emergency lighting systems in fire scenarios.
DEHN will also showcase its external lightning protection systems, featuring electrically insulated HVI (High Voltage Insulation) conductors. These facilitate compliance with required separation distances, safeguarding electrical installations and structures from direct lightning strikes. New HVI light plus conductors with integrated touch protection are designed for modern construction methods like timber framing and ventilated facades, offering a safe and space-efficient installation.
Experts from DEHN INSTATEC will provide practical advice and installation expertise to architects, planners, and building owners on electrical installation and engineering. As a VdS-certified installer, the company focuses on commercial, industrial, and public construction projects. A training kit will also be available for visitors to engage with realistic fire alarm scenarios.
With the growing technical complexity of buildings and the adoption of new construction methods, integrated protection concepts combining fire safety, grounding, and lightning protection are becoming crucial for safeguarding people, structures, and critical systems.
