The grant of these options is intended to strengthen the Company's Strategic Advisory Panel and support its quantum intellectual property commercialisation strategy. Professors Ruda and Knappenberger are recognized experts in quantum technology, and their roles on the advisory panel are expected to advance Delta Gold's technological development and market entry.
Further terms of the options specify their vesting periods, which commence in August. The company stated that the option grants are part of a broader strategy to align key personnel with the company's long-term success.
