Demet Ikiler Appointed COO for Publicis Groupe EMEA

Publicis Groupe announced on January 23, 2023, the appointment of Demet Ikiler as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its EMEA region. The appointment is intended to reinforce the company's regional leadership and drive growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Ikiler joins Publicis Groupe from WPP, where she held leadership positions including CEO of GroupM EMEA and WPP Country Chair. With over two decades of experience in the industry, she has a track record in scaling operations and delivering cross-cultural solutions for clients. Her previous roles also include positions at Zenith and Saatchi & Saatchi.

In her new role, Ikiler will report to Loris Nold, CEO of Publicis Groupe EMEA. She will work closely with Nold to foster collaboration, scale expertise, and drive client solutions across the region. She will also join the company's Management Committee, indicating a significant operational role.
