DERTOUR Group reorganizes executive board
DER TOUR Group announced strategic changes to its executive board, effective November 1, 2025. The move follows the company's expansion and aims to enhance customer focus and technological innovation.

DER TOUR Group has announced significant strategic changes to its executive board, as of November 1, 2025. These adjustments follow the company's recent acquisition of Hotelplan Group in August 2025, which has positioned DER TOUR Group as an umbrella for nearly 200 companies and approximately 15,000 employees.
Christoph Debus, CEO of DER TOUR Group, stated that the evolution of the leadership structure is essential to reflect the company's growth strategy. The expanded executive board is intended to ensure closer alignment between regions and segments, focusing on delivering exceptional travel experiences and driving technological transformation, particularly in response to developments in artificial intelligence.
Key appointments include Boris Raoul, who will serve as CEO of DER TOUR Germany and Austria and also as Chief Technology Officer for the Group, accelerating technological transformation. Stephanie Schulze zur Wiesch, CEO of DER TOUR Suisse, will join the executive board, acknowledging the increased importance of the Swiss market and the integration of Hotelplan businesses. Ingo Burmester transitions from CEO of Central Europe to CEO of the Hotel Division. Jiří Jelínek, CEO of DER TOUR Eastern Europe, and Dr. Klaus-Ulrich Sperl, CEO of Destination Management Companies, also join the board.
Leif Vase Larsen, CEO International, and Patrick Lambertz, Group CFO, will continue in their roles. Britta Fischer is appointed Group CHRO, joining the extended executive board. The company stated these changes aim to strengthen customer centricity, profitable growth, and technological advancement in response to industry shifts.
