Destination Uppsala has launched a detailed event calendar highlighting the city and region's offerings for the summer of 2026. The platform features a wide array of festivals, concerts, markets, and other gatherings, aimed at both local residents and tourists.

The events cover various categories, including exhibitions from museums and art galleries, family-oriented activities, outdoor events, and food-related occasions. Happenings are scheduled at locations such as Uppsala Castle, Uppsala Cathedral, and various museum sites.

Notable events include "Life. Play. End.," an interactive digital art exhibition at Cube of Art, and "Queens" at Uppsala Castle Historical Museum and Uppsala Art Museum. Outdoor activities like "Uppsala Summer Zone 2026" at Studenternas stadium and the "Bakluckeloppis" (tailgate market) at Ulva Kvarn are also part of the summer program.
