Deutsche Telekom will roll out new business mobile plans on October 5, 2026, featuring an integrated AI tool for summarizing business calls.
Starting October 5, 2026, Deutsche Telekom is launching a new generation of business mobile plans that integrate AI-powered call documentation. The service, titled Voice AI Notes Mobile, automatically summarizes phone conversations, identifying key points, action items, and calendar entries to streamline workflow for employees in sales and consultancy roles.
The feature requires prior consent from all parties involved. Deutsche Telekom emphasizes that the system operates in compliance with GDPR regulations, with call data being deleted immediately after the summary is generated. The service is built directly into the mobile plan, requiring no additional app installation.
Alongside the AI features, the new tariffs include Security OnNet, a network-based protection layer that blocks phishing sites and botnet communications without requiring external security software. High-tier unlimited plans also include an ID-alarm service that monitors for leaked credentials on the darknet.
The company is simultaneously simplifying its tariff structure into three core offerings for small and medium-sized enterprises. These plans range from entry-level data packages to unlimited options, with varied roaming benefits covering regions including the EU, the UK, Switzerland, and North America.
