Deutsche Telekom Enhances Mobile Plans with Unlimited Data Options
Deutsche Telekom has introduced new MagentaMobil mobile plans, offering unlimited data for additional SIM cards and increased data volumes for main plans. Some tiers now include international call flat rates.

Deutsche Telekom has launched its updated MagentaMobil mobile plans, aiming to simplify mobile usage with unlimited data options for additional SIM cards and enhanced data allowances for core plans. The new offerings allow customers to add PlusKarten (additional SIMs) that provide unlimited data for €19.95 per month, which also upgrades the main plan to unlimited data.
Each subsequent additional card costs €9.95 monthly. The base data allowances have also been increased across the board: MagentaMobil S now includes 30 GB, M offers 50 GB, and L provides 100 GB per month, with prices remaining unchanged for the main plans. MagentaMobil XS was enhanced to 20 GB for €29.95 monthly.
"We are making mobile service easy. No constant recharges, no degraded network quality, no speed limitations. Instead, high-speed 5G and top-notch service," stated Wolfgang Metze, Head of Consumer Business at Deutsche Telekom Germany. The company's 5G network coverage reaches 98% of people in Germany, with LTE covering over 99.8%.
The higher-tier MagentaMobil L and XL plans now incorporate an international call flat rate from Germany to all networks within the EU, Switzerland, the UK, and Turkey. The L plan includes one free MultiSIM card, and the XL plan includes two, suitable for use in tablets or smartwatches. All new mobile plans utilize Telekom's 5G network.
