Deutsche Telekom introduces central platforms for AI agent management
Deutsche Telekom has launched two platforms designed to help businesses and the public sector deploy, manage, and govern AI agents within their operational IT environments.

Deutsche Telekom has unveiled T-AI Agent Platform and T-AI Agentic Hub, targeting the operational challenges companies face when integrating AI agents into business processes. The platforms provide a structure for cost oversight, access control, and regulatory compliance.
The T-AI Agent Platform, aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, utilizes n8n workflow automation technology. It allows businesses to connect AI to existing systems like CRM or ERP through prebuilt templates. By simplifying integration, the platform aims to reduce the barrier to entry for companies seeking to automate specific tasks.
For enterprise and government sectors, T-AI Agentic Hub serves as a central orchestrator. It manages various AI models and agents simultaneously, enforcing security boundaries and audit trails. The system acts as a supervisor, determining which agents have access to specific data and triggering human intervention when necessary.
Ferri Abolhassan, member of the Deutsche Telekom Board of Management and CEO of T-Systems, emphasized that the focus is on practical implementation. He noted that the transition from pilot projects to tangible value creation requires trust and clear governance to ensure agents function reliably within existing IT architectures.
