Deutsche Telekom Partners with n8n for AI Agent Solutions
Deutsche Telekom has announced a partnership with German automation software startup n8n. The collaboration aims to develop and offer AI agent solutions for business customers, with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Deutsche Telekom has entered into a strategic partnership with n8n, a Berlin-based startup specializing in workflow automation software. The collaboration will focus on developing and delivering AI agent solutions tailored for business clients, particularly within the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector.
n8n, which boasts a valuation exceeding one billion euros, provides a platform for automating repetitive tasks. Deutsche Telekom will leverage n8n's technology to create AI agents—software programs capable of independently planning and executing tasks using artificial intelligence without constant human intervention. These agents are designed for diverse applications across industries such as production, logistics, accounting, and sales.
"We are proud to be working with one of Germany's most prominent tech startups," stated Maximilian Ahrens, Managing Director of T Digital, Telekom Deutschland. "With n8n's platform and technology, we make it easy for our customers to implement AI-supported processes and future-proof their businesses." The companies plan to offer various AI agent models, ranging from out-of-the-box solutions for simple tasks to fully customized agent flows.
Deutsche Telekom has a long-standing commitment to artificial intelligence and emphasizes collaborative development and partnerships to bring leading AI solutions to market. According to Gartner, AI agents are projected to significantly increase their role in customer interactions and business decision-making within the next few years.
