Tech publication Tom's Hardware reported on July 14 that a developer known as Safijari has successfully reverse-engineered the communication module of Valve Corporation's Steam Controller. This allows for the emulation of various console controllers, including those for Xbox and PlayStation, without requiring the Steam client to be active or using Steam Input.
