DEVK Sponsors Carrera Racing Night Event
DEVK Versicherungen is sponsoring the Carrera Racing Night for another year, where celebrities will compete on a digital racetrack. The event is scheduled to take place in Salzburg on November 8, 2025.
DEVK Versicherungen continues its sponsorship of the Carrera Racing Night, an event featuring celebrities competing on digital racetracks. This year's event will be held in Salzburg on November 8, 2025, and will be hosted by Michael „Krogi“ Krogmann and Michael Reinke. The show will be broadcast live on Twitch and later on the sports channel SPORT1.
The competition pits two teams, Rocket Beans and PietSmiet, against each other. Team members include well-known figures from the gaming and entertainment scene, such as Colin Gäbel, Janina Hille, Gregor Kartsios from Rocket Beans, and Peter Smits, Chris Stachelhaus, and Julian „Jules“ Laschewski from PietSmiet. Football legend Claudio Pizarro and influencer Maddy Müller are also participating. The event features traditional races as well as digital formats like Carrera Hybrid and a special DEVK challenge.
DEVK states that the event embodies community and digital connection, values the company aims to promote. The insurer also views the event as an opportunity to demonstrate how insurance can integrate into modern lifestyles. Last year's event reportedly garnered nearly 330,000 live views and reached an audience in the tens of millions.
The show begins at 7:00 PM local time at the Carrera World in Salzburg. Live streams will be available on the Twitch and YouTube channels of Rocket Beans and PietSmiet. SPORT1 will air the full program a week later. The Carrera Racing Night has proven to be a popular event within the gaming community.
