Dextrus Expands Flexible Workspace Offerings in India
Indian firm Dextrus focuses on tailored, premium workspaces to meet rising demand for flexible office solutions. The company emphasizes service and client experience.

Indian workspace provider Dextrus is expanding its services by offering customized and premium flexible workspace solutions for businesses. Founded in 2018 by Robin Chhabra, the company aims to address the growing need in the Indian market for office spaces that serve as more than just functional areas.
Dextrus operates through management contracts with property owners, enabling businesses to create flexible and personalized work environments. This model also allows Dextrus to scale its operations without sole reliance on venture capital. The company currently manages four locations in Mumbai, providing options ranging from fixed and flexible desks to membership plans and daily passes.
Founder Robin Chhabra highlights that the company's success is driven by a customer-first approach and a focus on service experience. "Real estate is the foundation, but what we're actually selling is far more than just office space," Chhabra stated. "We're selling a managed solution."
The market for flexible workspaces in India has seen significant growth over the past decade. Dextrus seeks to differentiate itself from competitors by focusing on tailored solutions and quality. The company continually invests in enhancing its service and product offerings, particularly for enterprise clients.
