'Die Verräter' Season 4, Episode 3: Participants Misguided by Missteps

In the latest episode of 'Die Verräter,' the situation grows more complex for the loyal contestants, with four already eliminated. At the breakfast table, Nina Meise and Papis Loveday, along with Max Kruse, begin to suspect they are following the wrong leads, focusing their attention on Urs Meier and Hardy Krüger.

The atmosphere shifts significantly when Ralph Morgenstern's behavior raises new suspicions. His attempts to explain his previous use of a protective shield result in contradictory statements, making him a prime suspect after Tine Wittler's elimination overnight. Nina Meise further pressures Morgenstern.

Max Kruse, one of the show's traitors, also makes his own error. While counting the remaining contestants, he forgets Tine Wittler, a mistake that goes unnoticed. He actively continues to sow doubt and suspicion towards Ralph.

The traitors capitalize on the situation to divert suspicion away from themselves and onto Morgenstern. Wittler's elimination was a strategic move, as she had suspected Hardy Krüger, whom the traitors aimed to protect.

The first challenge of the episode involves a strategic game on a chessboard-like setup with contestant names. The loyalists must guess who has been assigned which animal figure, with correct guesses earning 500 euros, increasing tension and suspicion within the group.
