Digi Spain's shares will trade on the equity segment of the Automated Quotation System (Mercado Continuo) under the ticker symbol "DIGIS". The listing will encompass the Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid, and Valencia stock exchanges. The prospectus related to the offering was approved by the CNMV on July 9, 2026.
