Digia acquires Accountor Enterprise Solutions to strengthen digital solutions growth

Digia Oyj has signed an agreement to acquire Accountor Enterprise Solutions Oy (AES) for a net debt-free purchase price of EUR 9.4 million, with the transaction date set for August 1, 2019. This acquisition is intended to bolster Digia's growth in the digital business solutions market.

In 2018, Accountor Enterprise Solutions Oy reported net sales of EUR 12.7 million and employed 101 people, growing to 114 employees as of June 1, 2019. The company specializes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle NetSuite solutions, covering both project and continuous services. Following the acquisition, Digia's ERP and CRM systems service area will comprise over 360 professionals.

Digia stated the transaction is part of its growth strategy focused on developing customers' digital businesses. The acquisition is expected to particularly enhance Digia's capabilities in CRM and D365 Finance and Operations deployments. Additionally, Digia will introduce Oracle NetSuite solutions to its offerings.

The purchase price will be financed through a bank loan. Digia Oyj also confirmed its profit guidance for 2019 remains unchanged, projecting continued net sales growth and an improved operating profit compared to 2018.
