Digia and Oma Häme sign EUR 4.4 million agreement for service path development
Digia and Oma Häme are continuing their partnership with a new development and maintenance agreement valued at EUR 4.4 million, aiming to enhance and integrate customer services in the Kanta-Häme region.

Digia and Oma Häme, the wellbeing services county for the Kanta-Häme region, have signed a new development and maintenance agreement worth EUR 4.4 million. This contract aims to deepen their collaboration in creating an integrated service package.
The primary goals of this partnership are to improve the customer service experience, reduce unnecessary service interactions, and strengthen the overall impact of services provided. The initiative seeks to ensure residents receive timely and seamless access to necessary services, regardless of the specific service channel used.
Oma Häme is responsible for organizing social and health services, as well as rescue and emergency medical services, across 11 municipalities in the Kanta-Häme region. Digia will serve as the technology and service partner in developing these integrated service paths.
The expansion of digital services is considered crucial for increasing the efficiency of wellbeing services counties and improving their customer-centric approach. This agreement facilitates the creation of new, unified service pathways.
