The annual report contains the Board of Directors' report, the Auditors' report, the financial statements for 2016, and the Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Statement for the same year. A PDF version of the 2016 annual report was also attached to the company's stock exchange release.
Digia reported that in 2016, its continuing operations generated net sales of EUR 86.5 million. The company employed 872 experts in Finland and Sweden at the end of the year. Digia is listed on the NASDAQ Helsinki stock exchange.
