Digia renews Musti Group's ERP in Nordic and Baltic countries

Digia Oyj has secured a contract to overhaul the enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for Musti Group, a leading pet supply retailer in the Nordic and Baltic countries. The project involves implementing a modern, cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution to harmonize and enhance operations across Musti Group's seven subsidiaries operating in six different countries.

Musti Group, which operates over 400 stores in Finland, Sweden, Norway, and the Baltics, aims to improve operational efficiency and scalability through this technological upgrade. The company also plans to leverage artificial intelligence in the future for enhanced business functions.

The three-year project will initially focus on financial, trade, and supply chain processes, with logistics and production to be integrated later. The new business platform is expected to streamline operating models and processes, thereby improving data-driven management and performance. This upgrade is also intended to support Musti Group's strategy in meeting evolving consumer behavior and demands in a multi-channel retail environment.

Digia highlighted that the new system will enable a more personalized customer experience through AI-driven tools for shopping personalization, customer identification, and purchase analysis.
