Digia repurchases own shares on January 10, 2022

IT services company Digia Plc repurchased a total of 4,248 of its own shares on the Nasdaq Helsinki exchange on Monday, January 10, 2022.

The transactions were carried out at an average price of EUR 7.15 per share, for a total cost of EUR 30,382.40. Following this repurchase, Digia Plc holds a total of 115,052 own shares. OP Corporate Bank Plc acted on behalf of Digia Plc for the transaction.

Digia specializes in intelligent business solutions, offering consulting, software, and services. The company aims to integrate artificial intelligence into its customers' processes and products. Digia Plc reported net sales of EUR 217.0 million in 2025 and is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.
