Digia Rises in Universum Employer Survey for IT Sector
Digia Oyj has significantly improved its standing in Universum's annual employer attractiveness survey for the IT sector, climbing to 13th place.
Helsinki – Digia Oyj has climbed to 13th position in Universum's 2025 survey of Finland's most attractive employers in the IT sector. The company ranked 27th the previous year, indicating a substantial improvement in its employer branding among IT professionals.
The Universum survey collected responses from 6,172 professionals across 43 industries. Digia showed particular strength in categories measuring consideration and desire from potential applicants. This notable rise suggests that the company's efforts in workplace development and corporate culture are yielding positive results.
According to the company, 94% of IT professionals recognize Digia as an employer. In the consideration category, which assesses the number of individuals who would consider applying, Digia ranked fourth among all IT sector players. The company attributes this achievement to its entire workforce.
