Digia Secures New Contracts and Expands Partnerships
Software and services company Digia has signed several significant contracts with clients across various sectors, including Oma Häme, the City of Tampere, and Fingrid. The company is also involved in new AI solutions and a defense sector innovation network.
Digia Oyj has strengthened its market position through a series of new contracts and expanded collaborations. The company will continue its partnership with Oma Häme, focusing on developing individualized service paths within health and social services under a new development and maintenance agreement.
The City of Tampere has selected Digia to modernize its financial management system through a contract valued at EUR 2.6 million. Additionally, Fingrid, the Finnish transmission system operator, has chosen Digia as its data partner with a contract worth EUR 2.1 million.
Digia is also participating in a Business Finland-funded project to develop novel AI solutions for the European healthcare market in collaboration with wellbeing services counties. Furthermore, the company has joined the DEFINE network, aimed at fostering innovations within the defense sector.
Digia will continue its role as a partner in the Digivisio 2030 program with CSC – IT Center for Science Ltd. The company's commitment to long-term climate action is underscored by the Science Based Targets initiative's approval of its emissions reduction targets.
