Digia Oyj has announced its new sustainability targets for the 2026–2028 strategy period. The goals encompass environment, people, and customer experience, and are linked to management's long-term incentive schemes.

Digia Oyj has published its updated sustainability targets for the 2026–2028 strategy period. The company aims to develop its business sustainably, balancing growth with people and the environment.
A key environmental target is to reduce Digia's own operational carbon dioxide emissions (scopes 1–2) by 50 percent compared to 2024 levels. This reduction target is aligned with science-based targets (SBTi), to which Digia committed in 2024 and has submitted its reduction goals for validation.
Regarding personnel, Digia aims to strengthen its skilled and diverse work community, focusing on employee well-being. The target is to maintain an employee engagement index of 3.9 on a scale of 1–5. Additionally, the company is measuring its strategic customer experience, with a target level of 4.0 on a scale of 1–5.
These sustainability targets are also integrated into the company's long-term incentive schemes for management. According to Digia, the targets embed sustainability actions into daily operations and represent a continuation of the company's long-term sustainability work, as it prepares for an IT industry being reshaped by artificial intelligence.
