Digital Home Manual Launches Home Management Platform
Digital Home Manual has launched a new digital platform designed to consolidate essential home information and maintenance records. The system aims to serve both homeowners and real estate professionals.

Digital Home Manual has introduced a new technology-driven platform aimed at streamlining home management for owners and real estate professionals. The system consolidates critical property information, maintenance history, and smart tools into a single, accessible location.
The platform, known as DHM, creates a living record of a home, designed to grow with the property. It seeks to move home management from a reactive approach to a more proactive one by centralizing scattered data that is often found in various physical and digital formats.
The concept originated from interior designer Todd Anthony's observations of lost information post-project completion. He collaborated with entrepreneur and AI product builder Kerry David, who developed the application and leads the company as CEO.
Digital Home Manual is now available via web browser at app.DigitalHomeManual.com. Features include predictive maintenance capabilities and document scanning. The company is also exploring partnerships with real estate agents, builders, and property managers to enhance client services.
