DIMAND Appoints Greece Sotheby's International Realty for FIX Residences Sales

DIMAND has appointed Greece Sotheby's International Realty (SIR) to lead the sales efforts for FIX Residences, a new residential development situated within the extensive redevelopment of Thessaloniki's historic FIX Brewery. Greece SIR will leverage the global Sotheby's International Realty network to market and sell the project to buyers in Greece and key international markets.

The FIX Residences are part of a transformation of the approximately 140-year-old FIX Brewery site into a new urban hub. DIMAND's project integrates living, culture, and hospitality. The masterplan, designed by Foster + Partners, involves restoring three historic structures and constructing two new bioclimatic buildings, aiming to connect industrial heritage with contemporary design.

The development will feature 95 private homes in a new nine-story building spanning approximately 19,800 square meters, complete with 134 dedicated parking spaces. The building prioritizes energy efficiency and targets LEED Gold certification. The site will also include two hotels under the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand, alongside restaurants, retail spaces, and landscaped areas. One restored building will house the Museum of Modern Art (MOMus), and another will be home to the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra.
